There are about 1,000 cherry blossom trees in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. We toured
the Fairmount Park on Friday, April 17, 2009 to enjoy the blooming cherry blossom and several other kinds of
beautiful flowers near the Horticulture Center.

More flowers in Fairmount Park

Fairmount Park is a very large park system in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is my first trip on April 17, 2009
to Fairmount Park, and we toured only the fenced-in area near the Horticulture Center near the junction of
Montgomery Drive & Belmont Avenue plus the Philadelphia Zoo which is at the southern end of Fairmount Park.
The best 15 different locations to enjoy the blooming cherry blossom in Fairmount Park are shown on the map

Furthermore, the two river drives along both sides of Schuylkill River flowing through the Fairmount Park are
also very beautiful.

There are about 3,000 cherry blossom trees in Branch Brook Park in Newark, New Jersey. In the spring
season when these 3,000 cherry blossom trees are blooming, it is also very beautiful as shown on my

In addition to the beautiful flowers in the Fairmount Park, the camellias in the Philadelphia Zoo are also very
beautiful as shown in the following. The Zoo is at the southern end of Fairmount Park.
